What are the shipping charges for orders within Pakistan?
We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 across Pakistan. However, all orders exceeding PKR 3,000 qualify for free standard delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 7 business days for remote areas.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear cannot be returned.
Does Breakin.pk offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. You can also pay via secure credit/debit card gateways or mobile wallets at the time of checkout.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our chart for the perfect fit.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support. Once the order has been processed for shipping, changes cannot be made.
